Shopping with your credit card with Giant Interactive Sales is guaranteed to be safe and secure.
We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm Central time. Our number is: 888 208 1909.

Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your PayPal account or card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.
Re-authorizations after the initial order
We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)
When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, send us an email and we'll resend your confirmation.

Shipping
Free Shipping
All orders over $18.00 receive free shipping for the 48 contiguous states. Orders less than $18.00 will be charged an additional $4.50 for shipping and handling. Hawaii and Alaska can be shipped for additional cost approved by the purchaser. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 days. All home and business deliveries are shipped via UPS Ground. All military APO addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service's Priority mail.

Where we ship
Currently we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. for free. If you live outside the continental United States (ie. Alaska or Hawaii) but you have a stateside address, we can certainly arrange to ship your order there, or ship directly to you for additional charges that will be verified before shipping.

Delivery times
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 days. Time in transit depends on your location in relation to North Dakota but transit times usually are from 1 to 4 days. If a product is out of stock some delays may occur, the customer will be made aware of an out of stock product within 24 hrs of placement of the order. All home and business deliveries are shipped via UPS Ground. All military APO addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service's Priority mail.

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will correct it or return your money. Returns are accepted and credit will be issued for your purchase if you contact us within 10 days from receipt of you order. Returns must be authorized to receive full credit for your return.
